(310) 893-0652Omid Shokoufandeh is the Managing Partner of SHK Investments, where he leads the firm’s broker services, acquisitions, development, and construction management efforts. Based in Los Angeles, Omid sets the strategic direction for the company and oversees all transactions across its residential and commercial portfolio.
With over $100 million in real estate brokerage transactions and more than $50 million in commercial developments managed, Omid brings deep experience and a hands-on approach to every project. He specializes in value-add investments and has a track record of identifying opportunities that deliver long-term growth for both clients and partners.
Omid earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating cum laude in Economics, Political Science, and Philosophy. He was also a four-year letterman on the Penn Varsity Men’s Soccer team. Outside of work, he remains an active soccer player and is currently working on his short game as an aspiring golfer.

(310) 463-1585Tyler Taft is the Managing Partner and Head of Commercial Real Estate at SHK Investments, a full-service brokerage and investment firm based in Los Angeles. He leads the firm’s commercial platform, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and strategic repositioning of industrial, retail, multifamily, and self-storage properties across major U.S. markets.
A Los Angeles native, Tyler began his real estate career in luxury residential development before transitioning to commercial brokerage. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 2013.
With over a decade of experience, Tyler represents institutional investors, private equity groups, and entrepreneurial owner-operators. He works closely with firms such as Invesco, STOS Partners, Turnbridge Equities, and Fortress Investment Group, and has successfully sourced and executed off-market transactions totaling hundreds of millions in value. His industrial expertise spans both core and value-add opportunities, and he is known for executing complex transactions with precision, creativity, and a strong ability to drive deals across the finish line.
Outside of work, Tyler is a devoted family man and avid golfer who enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
